Orthopaedic footwear

I work with Hampshire Orthotics to design custom components for clients that have specific orthotic requirements. The specialist performs the necessary assessment and produces a cast and a 3D scan of the foot and diagrams of the orthotic requirement, then I create a 3D model of the orthotic components that can then be produced through injection moulding and CNC milling by an external company. There is a process of prototyping and adjustment before the final model is ready for manufacturing.
